Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
A "box" of powdered sugar was almost certainly a 1 pound box, or about 3-1/2 cups.
- Soften the cream cheese and butter; sift the box of powdered sugar. Beat all ingredients on HIGH until spreadable.
