Hummus bi Tahini
- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 3/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon parsley, finely minced
- In a food processor, combine cooked (or canned) garbanzo beans with tahini and lemon juice.
- Add salt to taste, sliced olive, and chopped parsley.
