Hot Artichoke Dip
- 2 large jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 8 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts; grate cheese, mix all.
- Microwave high on for 5 to 8 minutes,or until bubbly; stir once.
Bake in a stoneware crock until hot.
- Serve in chafing dish with crackers.
