Ham Croquettes
    1. Heat oil for deep frying.
    2. In a skillet, sweat onion and garlic powder for about 10 minutes until onions are soft and translucent.
    3. Beat three of the eggs and set aside. Mix ham, green and cooked onions, cheese, and dried breadcrumbs with beaten eggs. Mix and season with pepper. Form into golfball sized shapes.
    4. Beat remaining egg with a little water. Dip croquettes into egg wash and roll in Panko. Deep fry at 360° until golden brown.
