Ella Mae's Cupcakes
  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the egg yolks until thick and light colored, then add to the butter/sugar mix.
  2. Mix the flour with the salt, mace and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture in alternate steps with the milk, beginning and ending with the milk.
  3. Fold in the orange zest and baked in greased muffin pans (lined or not) at 375° for 20-30 minutes. Frost with orange cream cheese frosting.
