KFC Cole Slaw Copycat Recipe
  1. In salad bowl, combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
  2. Cut cabbage and carrots into small pieces about the size of rice kernels. (The food processor is ideal for this: cut cabbage and carrot into large dice. Pulse diced vegetables with short bursts until chopped. Don't overcrowd the workbowl).
  3. Thoroughly mix the dressing with the cabbage and carrots. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Stir well before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
