Finnish Flat Bread
Preheat oven to 350°.
  1. In a bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add milk and mix just until dough in moistened. Knead on a floured board for 3-5 minutes. Pat onto an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cut into pieces.
